"Vegan Restaurant It's Vegetable" is not vegan
Taiwanese restaurant It's Vegetable in Sumida-ku, Tokyo clearly writes on its menu in english "VEGAN" and "No animal ingredients". Even the restaurant businesscard from the owner reads "vegan".
But when i visited this restaurant last week and wanted to order a dish i previously did eat, from that menu that clearly reads "vegan" and "no animal ingredients", the owner who knows i am vegan , said "don't eat that dish, it contains milk ingredient."
This is shocking. A restaurant deliberately misleads its customers with false information about the ingredients. People who do not wish to eat any animal product, are being mislead and eat animal products against their will. This is criminal behaviour.
An email has been send in japanese to this restaurant, to point out how serious it is to give misleading food information to customers, and to remove the words "vegan" and "no animal ingredients" from the menu.
Until now, there has been no response.

new vegetarian restaurant Eat More Greens
Few months ago the Eat More Greens did open it's vegetarian doors in Azabu Juban. I visited and i recommend it. Vegans be careful though for honey in the salad, and also most cakes are not vegan.
